Mr. Tran

I started teaching for Saint Paul Public Schools in 1999 and was a classroom teacher for 17 years (Last 3 years at Farnsworth Upper Campus as a 5^th grade teacher).  I left the classroom and became the Elementary District Math Specialist for the next 5 years starting in 2017.   I spent the last 2 years as a Math Specialist at Maxfield Elementary.  Now I'm happy to be back at Farnsworth Upper Campus once again because I love the staff, students, families and community.  

I'll be teaching Mathematics, Writing, Cursive Handwriting, Health and Social Studies/Global Studies.

When I have free time outside of school I love to take my dogs (Luna and Violet) on walks or to local dog parks.  My wife and I love to travel when I can.  We love to take trips outside of the US to learn about other people and their culture.
